Return Policy

It is Pro Shade’s policy that the customer is obligated for the return freight if the return is not caused by a miss-shipment initiated by Pro Shade. Please note we are absorbing the expenses of inspecting, re-boxing, and restocking the return units. Proshade.com guarantees satisfaction on all items we sell, with a refund policy for 30 days from the date of purchase.

Please note that orders cannot be cancelled or altered after submission.

Warranties

Costco is the authorized retailer of Pro Shade umbrellas. Warranty does not transfer to second parties. Pro Shade provides a one-year warranty that the product will be free from manufacturer’s defects. This warranty does not extend to damages caused by improper assembly, weather related damages (including wind, hurricanes, tornadoes, and storms), neglect or abuse of the product.

Two methods are offered to submit warranty claim for convenience.

Method 1:

Please sign up for an account on Proshade.com, and fill out the warranty claim form. If you already have a Proshade.com account, please log in and fill out the warranty claim form. Claim status can be checked under the My Account page. You will receive an email notification for every step of your warranty claim process. Your warranty claim will be processed within two (2) business days and updated under My Account.

Method 2:

Please call us at (877) 730-1583 or email us through customerservice@proshade.com to submit a warranty claim. One of our customer service representatives will reply to your request within two (2) business days. To speed up our process, please make sure the information below is included:

  • Proof of Purchase (It can be your receipt or purchase report printed from any Costco warehouse.)
  • Image of damage
  • Brief Description of Damage and How It Occurred
  • Shipping Address
  • Contact Number
  • Contact Name
