Please be advised that the manufacturer provides a two-year warranty that products will be free from defects in original materials and workmanship.

Frame

Frames are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two years. Damage to frames or welds due to improper assembly or exposure to water and sub-freezing temperatures is not covered. Do not allow water to accumulate inside frames.

Finish

The finish is warranted against peeling, cracking, or blistering for a period of two years, provided the unit has not been scratched or abraded. Scratches and chips resulting from abnormal wear and tear are not covered. Fading resulting from exposure to elements is not covered.

Fabric

Fabric is warranted for a period of two years against separation at the seams. Fading or discoloration resulting from exposure to the elements, chemicals, or from spills is not covered.

Note: All operations should be according to the instruction manual.

*This warranty DOES NOT COVER the following items:

Failure caused by unreasonable or abusive use, failure caused by neglect of reasonable and necessary care, acts of nature (including but not limited to wind, hurricanes, tornadoes, and storms) are not covered by this warranty.

The product is not covered by this warranty after two years from the date of purchase

Caution:

Place the base in the desirable location for use before filling with sand and water.

The umbrella should be lowered and secured in windy, rainy, and snowy conditions or when not in use. The umbrella catches more wind when tilted, so the tilt feature should be used with extreme caution.

Do not leave open flame or heat sources unattended underneath the umbrella. Do not allow children to remain unattended near the umbrella.

If the umbrella is stored in a box when not in use, the solar panel and battery case must be removed prior to putting the umbrella in the box to avoid damage.

Risk of fire or burn. Do not short circuit, crush, incinerate, or disassemble the batteries.

Do not attempt to recharge batteries in inclement weather, to prevent damage to the electrical components.

Only use the AC adapter provided with your Proshade umbrella. Using an adapter that is not original to Proshade umbrella or Proshade components may increase risk of fire, contact customer service for replacement parts if needed.

MAKE SURE TO REMOVE/ GET OFF THE BATTERY CASE TO RECHARGE THE BATTERY.

LIGHTING AND BATTERY :

CAUTION: YOU MUST CHARGE THE BATTERY BEFORE FIRST USE.

Please note that battery can lose charge if left unused or uncharged for a long period of time. Failure to charge the battery will result in premature dimming of the lights in your new solar umbrella.

Make sure the light switch is in the off position when charging the solar panel.

For everyday normal use, turn light switch on at night when you want to use solar light and turn off switch after use.

MAKE SURE LIGHT SWITCH IS IN OFF POSITION DURING DAYTIME TO ALLOW THE SOLAR PANEL TO CHARGE BATTERY.

INFORMATION:

Battery is meant to be charged indoors. Leaving battery outside in inclement weather will damage battery and AC Adapter.

Battery charged after 4-5 hours using AC Adapter or 6-8 hours of direct sunlight.

Battery life 6-8 hours when fully charged. AC Adapter is for indoor use only. Do not use outdoors.

This device complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to the following two conditions: (1) This device may not cause harmful interference, and (2) this device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation.

Care Instruction:

Wash umbrella canopy with a mild solution of soap and water. Rinse thoroughly and drip-dry in an open position.

Do not use bleach or solvents on aluminum frame. Keep closed when not in use.
