Costco is the authorized retailer of Proshade umbrellas. Warranty does not transfer to second parties. Proshade provides a one year warranty that the product will be free from manufacturer’s defects. This warranty does not extend to damages caused by improper assembly, weather related damages (including wind, hurricanes, tornadoes and storms), neglect or abuse of the product.

3 methods are offered to submit warranty claim for convenience.


Method 1:

Please sign up an account on Proshade.com, and fill out the warranty claim form. If you already have a Proshade.com account, please login and fill out the warranty claim form. Claim status can be checked under My Account page. You will receive email notification for every step of your warranty claim process. Your warranty claim will be processed within 2 business days and updated under My Account.




Method 2:

Please enter your email below to login as guest, and fill out the warranty claim form without signing up for Proshade.com account. Claim status CANNOT be checked online. You will be contacted by one of our customer service representatives within 2 business days.



Method 3:

Please call us at 877-730-1583, or email us through customerservice@proshade.com to submit a warranty claim. One of our customer service representatives will reply to your request within 2 business days. To speed up our process, please make sure below information is included:
